Ich bin 34 Jahre alt und lebe mit meinem Mann Ephraim und unserem Sohn Samuel in Potsdam.
Seit 2008 bin ich als freischaffende Illustratorin und Portraitzeichnerin tätig.
2012 habe ich an der Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft in Berlin mein Bachelorstudium als Modedesignerin abgeschlossen und 2017 mein Zweitstudium als Trickfilmzeichnerin an der Filmuniversität Konrad Wolf in Potsdam Babelsberg erfolgreich beendet. Inzwischen bin ich als Illustratorin, Kostümgestalterin und Animatorin tätig. Bereits während des Studiums habe ich u.a. als Illustratorin bei den beliebten Kinderbuchreihen Lilly and Anton discover (DelMedioVerlag) and Mats & Frida (Oertinger Verlag).
In addition, several animated short films and music videos were made, such as The Bathtub Captain by musician Whysker and an illustrated music album for the nursery rhymer LilaLauneLena. My animated three-part cartoon series Tweethearts ran at several film festivals around the world in 2017 and was nominated for the Goldenen Spatz 2017 for the price in the category Minis and on the International Animated Film Festival Stuttgart for the price in the category young animation. For the family musical Wemmicks, welches 2017 seine Erstaufführung im Potsdamer Nikolaisaal feierte, entwarf und gestaltete ich das Kostümbild. 2021 habe ich die neuen Kostümdesigns für die Neuinszenierung von Wemmicks designed. Zuletzt habe ich ein neues Musikvideo für Whysker animiert, welches April 2021 erschienen ist. Seit 2021 arbeite ich zusätzlich als Lehrkraft am Gabriele-von-Bülow-Gymnasium in Berlin in den Themenbereichen „Character Design“ und „2D-Animationsfilm“ und habe im Spätsommer 2022 ein Kinderbuch fertig illustriert, welches voraussichtlich Ende November 2022 veröffentlicht wird.
